1) I want to write Oprah! I think she will do the East Texas Heart Gallery! Somebody please volunteer.

2) I need to write a “what we have done, are doing and will do” for our incorporation & the press. You can e-mail me or gather most of it online. Please tell me who is doing this.

3) If we can come up with a unique public service announcement idea I have a free videographer! We can get TV time!

4) I need to write a letter requesting donations (a standard- why we need it and what we will do with it) – Some of this stuff is redundant and will just be renamed.

5) I need a specific marketing plan. I have some ideas, but mostly I have been flying by the seat of my pants.

6) We need to write the postcard inviting the people who have looked into foster or adoption

7) We need a who, what, when, where and why brochure written (there again all of the data is on the site)

8) A letter enticing national artists or a “recognized” spokesperson- We need some names involved.

9) A letter to other Heart Galleries proposing link exchanges, shared resources – ideas- etc.

10) I need a letter asking for a venue for the event most letters will have the “who, what, when, where & why” addressed in them- only tweaked to the place it is sent. My style is concise & precise (at least the finished product will be).

11) I need to work with someone who will help me to write some grants...We need money. We have leads and there is grant money to pay national artists to help us make a great show!

12) Letter to Miranda Lambert to be our spokesperson

13) Invitation to artists

14) Request for wall space at Kiosks, movie theatres, galleries & children's stores

15) Letter to junior league for volunteers

16) Letter to senior citizen group for volunteers

17) Request for caterer

18) Post card to be written to invite adoptive parents (anyone who has inquired)

19) Letters to other Heart Galleries requesting link exchanges, alliance & sharing of resources
